xCode wont start. Bounces once.

Also: Does anyone know of a similar app to smultron. For Tiger??
Smultron is a HTML Program for those unaware.

What shows in Console when you start Xcode?

Why would you not use Smultron for Tiger if you like that program? It does not require you to use 10.5.

Looks like you should reinstall XCode because the Java framework is missing for some reason.

NVU is a nice open source HTML/site editor as well.

NVU is quite old (last update was in 2005). Use KompoZer if you want something like NVU, as it is the unofficial update for NVU. It's even linked and recommended by the NVU devs on the NVU page.
