I have a new PowerBook G4 (mac OS 10.4.3). The help viewer is not working, it just spins. With a new machine I really need the Help Viewer.

What can I do ?

take it back to apple if it is new. it all should work when before it leaves apple.

Download OnyX. It's free and they have a version for Tiger. This should fix the Help issue.
