2nd Monitor Resolution at 8-bit!!! Can't Change!!

I reset my PRAM (option-command-p-r) and suddenly my second monitor is in 8-bit grayscale.

System Preference-Displays only offers this one option.

I had this problem a year ago and some MAC GOD gave me a "sudo su" code for the terminal and it worked perfect.

I basically just have to reset my video card (a Voodoo 3000). How do I do this?

Anyone know the code for terminal to do this?

I have a dark blue G4 Powermac desktop, running 10.3.9.
