320x240 Video to TV

I have a PB G3 Bonze with S-Video out. Now I recive a Video stream of 320x240 px that I want to watch on the TV.

The stream is Windows Mediaplayer. As the picture is very small on the computer but after what I understand should be ok on the TV I have a problem:

To fill the screen on the TV I have to set WM to full screen mode, and then the picture is totally messed up, even on the TV. Even if I set the TV resolution to lowest. I don't have the option to change the display resolution on the Mac when it's connected to the TV. (1024x768 default)

Is there any solution?

do you have any influence on the video stream? Maybe increase the resolution or rather pick mpeg2 instead of mpeg1?

My ADSL cant handle more then 300kpbs :( And I dont think that Windows Mediaplayer can change compression format. I think that there must be a way of getting the 320x240 picture covering the (full screen) without have it in full screen mode on the computer. Rather 100% size.

You're sending the stream "live" to an external video destination (the TV) directly from the PB. As long as the 320x240 at a fairly low bitrate, you'll have to live with the results; in other words: It will never be better than the original source. Change the original source to something better (480x480@mpeg2@2000kbps, for example) and you'll find a dramatic improvement. If your bandwidth is too low for a live show, can you arrange for a download of richer content and then replay it later?
