A clock that displays during sleep?

Uh... If I understand your question, and it's entirely possible that I don't, no.
If the computer's asleep, it cannot, by definition, display anything at all.
 
This is quite true. However, you might want to go into System Preferences, and set it in your Energy Saver so that the hard disk sleeps quickly, but the screen doesn't sleep at all, and then get yourself a screen saver with a clock of some sort. Next best thing, eh?
