Now that you understand that you are thinking about Virtual PC and not "visual PC," you need understand that VPC is not windows xp or anything like it. VPC emulates the hardware of an Intel x86-based computer. You can buy it bundled with PC-DOS. You may then install any x86 operating system you want. You may choose WinXP, but it is not required. You may set-up several disk images, each with a different OS. When you launch VPC, you choose whichever OS you want.Originally posted by RC23
