i have a click wheel 30gb Ipod video, ive owed it for about 2-3 years and ive been through the whole "all the song got deleted, wont turn on, etc, etc.." dramas many many times and ive found ways to deal with them.
but just tonight, something else happened, something ive never see before.
i turned my ipod back on from sleep mode (with no previously paused music) and was searching though my music to play like usual, but nothing plays. all the music are there, i can open all of them, but they're NOT playing at all, i see the name of the song, the bar at the bottom is not moving, the time stays 0:00, i fast forward a bit and the time stays where i fast forwarded.
so i stayed calm and connected my ipod to my computer, it sync'd with my itunes, and when i opened the music, EVERYTHING played properly as if nothing happened.
so now I am 80% certain that it could be my ipod's hardware problem, but the thing is... for the past 2 years i didnt do anything major to my ipod, i mean sure ive dropped it a couple of times, but i dont think that would cause anything like this to happen.
and im just an average ipod user, i never hacked my ipod, never did anything homebrew related, this is really puzzling me. i have searched all over the internet and found no similar problems. is there anyone that can help me or make some suggestions?
thank you in advance.
