Top of the morn owaters;
You don't show which OS you are using. However, if you are using our favorit cat, Jaguar OS X 10.2.1, all you have to do is open the Print Center located in HD/Applications/Utilities. Pull down to the Preferences.. under the Print Center menu and select the Default Paper Size of your choice.
