Adobe Illustrator and OS X

Hi,
I use Illustrator with graphically intensive files. Ocasionally Illustrator crashes out on me. I just upgraded Illustrator to the latest version 10.0.1. I haven't worked with it much. But maybe this will fix the AI crashes. I am just wondering if anybody else has this problem?

my problem with AI 10.0.1 is rather the still available feature of sluggishness. i hope we can deactivate that with 10.0.2 if that comes out before AI 11. :/
