Adobe Illustrator

I just found a copy of Adobe Illustrator off of caracho, and on the start up splash screen it says 10.0b Release Build 0 (Bravo 23,55938, adm 2.84ai59, svg 3.0x67, axe 2.0.301. Does that mean this is a beta build?
