again, e-mail account on itools

please will someone reply to me with its e-mail address to get in contact with him so he can make an e-mail address for me at apple.com

and few questions, can you later on then check your web mail from a pc at www.apple.com or not? do you have pop3 accessing, and do you have forwarding, and can you change your settings of account after you finish your registration but of course from a PC?

Note: I successfully setup an iTools account for Igor, but this was his explanation on how it didn't work.

this is the thing. i can't enter into my account to the iTOOLS so i will
give up on mac.com address
