Edit: WELL, NEVERMIND ANYWAY. I just ordered a replacement fan from mouser.com. Funny, a google search of the p/n only came up with about 4 hits, but I easily found it under the AddA section of mouser...
I have a 350 MHz G4 with 16Mb AGP grapics. A few months ago, the cooling fan on my video card quit. The system works fine without the fan so far, but I only use this computer for web surfing, office applications, no heavy graphics.
I am thinking of selling this system soon, and am wondering what type of card would be compatible, and comparible with the original card. Basically, I will tell any potential buyers aobout the fan and reduce my asking price in accordance to what a replacement video card would cost. I checked some of the online Mac sellers, but all I could find were the high-end cards (like $300 - ouch!).
Does anyone have any suggestions as to a fair amount to discount this computer to compensate for the broken fan?
