Airport - Belkin PC Card Networking

I/m trying to share my Internet connection with my mum's laptop using an Airport card in my Cube, which has the main connection. If I don't use WEP, like I'm doing tot type this post, it works fine. As soon as I enable WEP (the Belkin card only supports 64 or 128 bit), the Belkin will authenticate fine, but fails to pick up an IP address. Even if I give it one manually, they still will not see each other. Trying to renew the IP lease also fails.

Anyone got any ideas?

Well, Airport uses different WEP input mode (ascii, I think). You can input a hexadecimal WEP in the Airport by leading it with $.
