I am trying to set up a wireless connection, but can't get it to work. it may be because I am in China. The Ethernet connection is fine, but my new Airport Express station just won't register on the computer. Using OSX 1.4.5. Internet connect gets a good Airport signal but "could not find PPPoE server". Restart no good.
 
Have you set-up your PPPoE information? In Airport Admin Utility, you may have to give your iBook access to the network you are trying to configure. You can accomplish this from the Access Control tab, and adding your iBook to the list.
 
I thought I set up the PPPoE information, Ethernet connection works. At any rate, in Airport Admin Utility, there is no Access Control tab, as there is nothing that shows up in Select Base Station window.
