Hi,
Firstly can I commend you on a great site. I am a complete Mac virgin (LoL). Having only taken the plunge to move over from a PC 4 weeks ago. Your site have been invaluable.

However I am having problems connecting to various internet pages, on what appears a random basis.

The error message for what it is worth is,
Code:
You are not connected to the Internet.Safari can’t open the page

“http://contact.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ShowCoreAskSellerQuestion&requested=emmaisobel&iid=270205825392&frm=284&redirect=0&SSPageName=PageAskSellerQuestion_VI” because your computer isn’t connected to the Internet.

Network Diagnostics can help you solve network connection problems.

If I have addional windows or tabs open they however will open and surf correctly, so I do appear tp be connected .

The actual page visited appears not to be relevant, the one above was just the latest.

I am connected to the internet/network using a wireless connection to a Netgear DG834N RangeMax Router.

Hardware Overview:

Model Name: iMac
Model Identifier: iMac7,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz
Boot ROM Version: IM71.007A.B01

HELP, I am at my wits end, any advice would be gratefully accepted.

Thanks in advance
Mark

Maybe a small glitch from it not getting a fast enough response from the router...
When this happens, if you refresh the page (command-r or apple-r depending on your keyboard), does it load then?
