AirPort Utility connects to AE using IP only

I have two Windows XP laptops one connected to lan using a cable, and other one connected using wireless. I’ve got Airport Utility installed on both laptops. The laptop which is wired can see AE, but the wireless laptop cannot see AE unless I use "Configure Other" option and connect to AE using AE's IP address. This problem causes iTunes, installed on wireless laptop, not to see AE. Has anybody experienced this problem?
