Alternate Typography (Papyrus)

So I'm using the Papyrus font for a project I'm doing on Photoshop. I like to use its alternate typography options like "Large Capitals" and "Alternate Large Capitals", both of which I can access in the actions menu on the font/character palette in most Mac OS X (Cocoa?) apps.

My problem is accessing these typography options in a program like Photoshop. I just can't seem to do it. Is there a trick I'm missing? Is there a shareware program I can download that will let me unlock some of these features? It seems I only have this problem when dealing with a .dFont file like Papyrus and Zaphino.

photoshop is not a typographical layout program. use something like Illustrator or Quark for type. Photoshop only has rudimentary type options.

also, please God don't use Papyrus. or Zapfino. two of the worst typefaces. anything else.
