Any way to rollback changes made on Address Book?

I don't know what the hell's going on with my phone and iSync. It looks like a bunch of contacts have been deleted and a bunch show up as "[Former Contact] - 1" instead of just "[Former Contact". Is there anyway to rollback changes?

No, not for a few more months, anyways. Do you have the correct contacts on your phone?
