apache - web sharing doesn't start

if I try to click on the button in the control panel nothing, when I open the terminal and use sudo apachectl start, i get this message:
dyld: usr/sbin/httpd cona't open library: usr/lib/libiodbc.2.1.6.dylib
(no such fhile or directory, errno =2)

I have checked and that file, /usr/lib/libiodbc.2.1.6.dylib does exist on my system. Double check that you have it on yours. If it isn't there, then something has really messed up your system. Have you installed Apache 2 or any other software that might have mucked it up?
