Apple could use a "Unix keyboard"

I love my Mac keyboard however, it would be very chic of Apple to release a "Unix keyboard", in the style of their present keyboards, for use with OS X.

The only thing I can think of would be that they put the control key where god intended it. Where that useless caps lock key is.

What, like a keyboard that you'd find on UNIX terminals? What do those even look like?

You know, it is funny, I don't think I ever really noticed all that much difference between any of my keyboards.

I have a lot of keyboards that would qualify as "Unix keyboards" (I have three SGIs and two Suns), but the primary difference seems to be the lack of the command (Apple) key and the Alt key taking it's place. My older Suns have some extra keys on the left side, but to date I've never used them (that I can recall at any rate).

Otherwise, it seems like a strange request. Where there special keys that you felt you needed, zuppasch?

RacerX, I've seen that Sun keyboard, and I found the Copy, Cut and Paste buttons genious. At least compared to the alternative (Cmd-X/C/V). You never used them?
