Apple Extreme Base Station network w/ Linksys

HI...

Im pretty new to the Apple World, hope someone can help me. Im moving to a new apartment that has its own LAN for internet connection. I would like to create my own network inside my apartment to connect the following:

1. Macmini
2. Snazzio (connects to my home sound system via Airport Express)
3. IBM Compatible pc running XP home

Currently, everything is hardwired connected to my Linksys router which has 1 wireless port and 4 ethernet port. Im planning to get an Apple Extreme Base Station to make it wireless. Not sure what configuration i should do.

First config:
1. Connect Linksys router's wan port to the wall for the building network.
2. There are 4 ethernet ports available: 1 for Apple Extreme Base, 1 for Macmini, 1 for IBM Compatible, 1 for snazzio

Second config:
1. Connect Linksys router's wan port to the wall for the building network.
2. Connect Apple Extreme Base Station to 1 port and 1 port for IBM Compatible
3. Configure Apple Express to connect to Apple EXtreme Base
4. Configure Snazzio to connect to Apple Extreme Base.

I would appreciate anyone's suggestion on this one.
