Apple Remote Desktop (Tiger)

I just Installed Tiger (Build 8A428). All is working fine except Apple Remote Desktop. The app will just not launch. Anyone else have the same problem?
ARD is an app we use daily on our local network ant therefore I cannot upgrade any other Mac (12 in total) to Tiger untill I find a fix

i think it's a known issue.

Yes, it's a known issue. I read that there's an ARD upgrade to correct this on the Developers site.
