My company has been reviewing some sites to purchases photos from to use in our catalogues, and we came across www.veer.com.
They have a lot of great photos, and I noticed that the majority that involve computers are Macintosh. The do photograph better. They have style. Something that the Wintel world has yet to figure out.
Check it out for yourself: http://www.veer.com/results.asp?image=ISP0000108

But they hide the logo. ;-) Well, still nice find. And, yes: Many of those stock photo thingies have Macs in photos, when computers are needed.

that's an okay price if the high rez pictures are good. they're not thought for private desktop pictures, and if you hire a professional photographer to make the shot for you, it's gonna cost quite a bit more until he/she gets it right.

buying the cd with all the pictures in that pack will cost you only 599. That is the way to go. With our catalogues, we have to have the hi-res pics so they look good once they are printed.
For our catalogues, we use about a dozen pics, and we can just get the entire cd and save a bunch on the costs
