I ordered 10.1 (FULL RETAIL) mere hours after it was announced, but somewhere along the line, the Apple Store Canada site was not updated. So...... as I began ordering 10.1, i was shipped a 10.0. Common, I'm sure, as the Canada site is well behind apple.com. I guess that is the price we pay.
Anyway, upon a phone call (as I thought I had ordered a 10.1) I was initially told "No, you ordered 10.0", but after a simple explanation of my situation, I was told i was being shipped a 10.1 immediately. THANKS! That is customer service. THAT is servicing the customer that adopted the new offering from Apple. Apple is a great corporate entity, really. I have dealt with many.
BUT, IF AN UPGRADE CD SHOWS UP, I WILL Be PISSED OFF!
