:rolleyes: .. that article has to be a very late april fools. (Judging from the other articles they have).
 
I hope nobody gets trampled by the lawyers trying to jump on that wagon!::ha::Surely that has to be an April fools folly,if not chalk it up to another frivilous lawsuit.
 
um that would be a completely lame reason to sue... (of course assuming that it were real ;) )

Hey a person won money for being a clutz & spilling coffee on herself,can't get much lamer than that ::ha::
 
Hence we now have disposable coffee cups from fast-food chains now printed with "Caution: Coffee may be hot"

I wonder what you would have to do to get your baby "endorsed by Apple"?

I laughed so hard over this one :D.Maybe there is a fountain or some body of water near HQ in Cupertino where they can perform a baptism or christening of your newborn.Or how about you just name your kid Steve or Phil or..... .

Apple seems pretty normal as a name. If the kid was called iMac, eMac, iPod, or iPod mini, then they could have said something.. ;)
 
They could always claim that she's "the Apple of their eye" after all, hence the name. That or maybe they have a fondness for the fruit, or Apple Pie...

The other articles and links to other sites on that are just plain ... umh, fool, terrible, something to laugh or cry.
 
The funniest thing is that Coldplay is a mac band, and Martin probably did name his daughter after apple.com...
