AppleWorks spelling

pretty sure it doesn't support runes.

where's the Admiral? he's the resident language export around here. uh, i meant expert.

no, you need the quicktime converter for that. (don't fall off your chair laughing:rolleyes:)

hey, as long as we keep yacking and bumping your post back up to the top, someone will come along with your answer. I really did ask AdmiralAk to stop by and help you out. be patient and all will be revealed (i hope). I'm too englishcentric to be of any real help to you other than that.

lol hey I did come by after all ;)
One problem though... I dont use appleworks
If it's free from apple's site I can download it and check it out and report back to you guys :)

not free if it didn't come with your mac. sorry julguribye. i only install the english dictionaries. Is there any language in particular you were hoping for. maybe someone might know more about a specific language being included. If no one answers by tomorrow night i will get out my installer and look for you.

I think on my CD I remember there being a Spanish dictionary, but beyond that, I think it depends on where you get your computer -- e.g.: if you get your iMac/iBook in Italy where it comes bundled with AppleWorks, it might come with an Italian dictionary. I dunno though. I always use the English dictionary. :\

<-------------- Look I'm norwegian!:)

And I need a Norwegian dict for my homework ect.
Maybe I could download it from Apple or something...

ok, i can't find any norweigen dictionary in my update install. I went and checked apple site and could find nothing there. I guess you are aware that apple has a norweigen support site. if i were you i would go there and ask apple directly - in norweigen !!

click here to go straight to nord support site

sorry nobody has been able to be any real help to you.:(

hey, i personally wish they supported runes. then maybe i could actually learn them.:)
