I have a recurring problem in OSX. (OS9 & OSX are on seperate drives.) I have installed OSX at least 6 times because all the applications stop working after about a week. They all come up with "error code 1004". I don't know what this means or how to correct the problem. Norton for OSX and Disk Warrior 2.1 when booted in OS 9 do not solve the problem.
