Due to our changing security protocols on our Airport Extreme network, my 15" PB would not connect to the network. I purchased an Aria Extreme card and am having difficulty making the correct connections. I have not removed the current airport card; the instructions for the Aria said it wasn't necessary. Nothing I do seems to activate the card - it shows a green light for the activity, but I cannot seem to get it to link to the airport base station. Clicking the card icon in the finder bar only shows one usable option - Power off card. Neither Broadcom nor 802.11g cardbus options are usable. Anyone have any ideas?

The issue is that you probably have Mac filtering. You probably need to enter your mac address into your wireless router. You can find out your Mac address by typing the following into terminal
it will look something like this XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
