Asian character support?

I am working on a Photo Shop project for my Kajukenpo class. I need to these characters. http://www.kajukenbo.org/history/ I can just copy from the site but I would rather be able to type them out for scaling reasons.

Also for you artists, if anyone could draw me a sketch of a angry bumble be shooting up you would be cool.

They are real hand-writing. Is it possible to give you the same characters with different font type?
