ATI Radeon 9000 Cause screen flicker?

Help Please.

My monitor has been flickering in photoshop cs3 and Quark 8 when I zoom into an image. I'll zoom out to stop the flickering. I'm thinking this has something to do with OSX 10.5.8 and the ATI Radeon 9000 card in my G4 MDD. If you have any tips or ideas what is the cause, please send them my way. Below is my system set-up

G4 MDD
2 gigs ram
OSX 10.5.8
Viewsonic VP2030b
Photoshop CS3
Quark 8

Please help again...

I've switched out the video card and the problem came back. Thus it's not the video card. I am trying another lcd monitor. Would a lcd monitor go out of whack as it warms up????
