Hello,
I have a G5 running OSX3.9 that is having trouble connecting to a Windows 2003 server share. This used to work last week, I don't know what was changed Thursday but on Friday I cannot attach to the share after authenticating to the server. I can see the server shares after authenticating, but get only a spinning wheel after selecting the share. I have tried selecting other shares but get the same result. Other Mac users in the office connect to the server using my ID with NO problem. Note that I can connect to the Internet fine and have not booted in Safe Moda as of yet. Also note that when I ran Disk Utility I received an "internal error".
Do you think running in Safe Mode will fix the problem? Can you recommend other utilities or steps to try to resolve this?
Thank you in advance.
Raul
