Bargain hunting 512RAM for ibook

I want to buy ram for my ibook. I saw this (below) on ebay. Anyone suggestions where to buy new 512 ram on the internet (that ships internationally) for a very good price???

I checked out the price on eBay for that thing...

Try macsales.com. No, I don't work for them, I am not paid by them, nor do I care...

Their service is tops and their prices are good. Last I saw the same module was $100.
