Battlefield 1942 Requirements

I have been waiting for this game for so long! It says in the list of requirements it needs at least a 700 mhz processor. I have 500 mhz. Would it run slow for me, or will it not run at all?

I think a lot of us will get this game, we should form a macosx forums server or a game or something. I dunno just an idea.

I've been running the game on my dual 1.2 GHz G4 with a Radeon 9800 Pro and even with the graphics turned down, some of the Desert Combat maps crawl in the single digit range. But that's a 3rd party MOD. Most of the normal maps I've played seem fine. 500 is pushing it. I personally wouldn't bother if I only had a 500 MHz machine.

yeah you honestly need a decent G5 for games nowa days
