What are you favourite icon sets which you have come across?

I am just interested to find some cool icon sets, not only good designs but some good photo realistic ones too. Can you recommend any?

speaking of this...is there a way to change all system icons? i downloaded the g5 icons from iconfactory, id like to replace the default panther ones....or do i have to do folder by folder and copy and paste thru the info panel?
