Best way to auto stream music

A quick check for this topic yields lots of stuff about itunes and converting music to mp3's but not much on how I can get a song to stream when someone arrives at my home page.

What is your suggestion on how I should do it?

I am assuming I could use some sort of script to stream a .wav or .mp file when someone lands on my main index page.

Have any ideas where I can find instructions or tools on how to do it?

If you want to stream it in your home page, why not use Flash. Another way you can stream music is by using Real Player but this will usually open up the real player plug-in and is not normally embedded into your home page.
