Blackberry and Entourage calendar sync

I am having an issue where calendar events that I enter in on my Blackberry do not get imported to the entourage calendar. Works fine vice versa, just entries coming from BB are the problem

I have ruled out a problem with the BB itself as I can see that calendar events are syncing fine when I look on my Outlook web access calendar.

Is there a setting in entourage that I am missing? Is this a sever issue?
