When I insert a blank CD or DVD for that matter, the popup shows with question "what do you want to do. When I click on open finder, the popup goes away, but the finder never opens. When I manually open the finder the disk is not there, nor is it on the desk top. Do I have something configured wrong... please help... I need to burn some info. for work from my home computer and time is running out on me.
