Hello Macosx
I have been having a few problems with my mac's bluetooth recently.
I bought a new mac mini a while back, along with an apple bluetooth keyboard and mouse. from the start the function buttons at the top wouldn't work (play/pause, volume up/down etc) regardless if I had them set to work while pressing fn or not.
I updated my os recently to os 10.5 and it seemed to fix the problem, but on closer look it simply replaced it with a new one.
The volume buttons now work, but the side button on the mighty mouse doesn't show expose any more (which is how I have it set up) Instead, when I am in an internet browser (safari, firefox) it goes back a page.
This is most confusing,
Any Ideas?
Also I was wondering how many bluetooth connections should theoretically work smoothly, I have the mouse and keyboard, a bluetooth speaker and I use my phone to control the lot. 3 of these at a time work fine most of the time, but with a 4th one all bluetooth devices get juddery, the mouse jumps, the speakers have long pauses in playback and the phone cannot connect. Is this normal? I know its all pretty unneccisary, but having those 4 devices together make for a perfect media center...
Many thanks,
Alex
