Boot Camp - Can't connect to internet from XP

I have a new macbook pro running both xp and the mac os on 2 partitions just fine. However, I can connect to the internet on the mac side, but not the xp side. The connection is wireless through a WAP and a router. In XP I have a connection to the WAP no problem, but I can't even ping the router. I've tried setting up manual ip, subnet mask, gateway and dns. I am pretty saavy about home networks, xp and pc's, but new to the mac world.

Any suggestions?

Check in Device Manager and make sure that you're not missing any drivers. IF so, it should be on the drivers disc that Boot Camp created (if you did this).

tksant, any progress in resolving?
I have a similar configuration and similar problem. Mac side is working fine but not xp. In windows I can see my inside network - can even log in to my router using browser (TCP/IP) - but no joy with actual access to the internet. Have tried wireless as well as wired connection, turned off firewall, deleted all network settings on Windows and reinstalled (manually). etc etc.
