I have a Mac OS X laptop version 10.4.11 I have just connected a new printer Brother Model DCP-J125 Ser No G1F123563.
All connections and cabling is good and printer scans in to computer OK and copies OK so I know printer is operating OK.
My problem is it wont print from my Mac? I can select a document in Text Edit or other and run through the system ok till I hit the print button, system shows printing in operation but nothing happens at printer? I get a message showing " The process stopped unexpectedly with Rasterobrother 145-Status 2 " ?
I have spent an hour on phone with IT from Brother to no avail, resetting systems and printer, they suggested I try Mac Help?
