Help needed:
Just bought an Intel Imac. Having no luck connecting my existing BT Broadband Modem via a USB port. I cannot get the Imac to see the modem, even with the updated drivers that BT have provided me with.
Is it possible to connect to my Broadband service this way? If so is there a 'walkthrough' somewhere that I can follow? BT Broadband support have tested my patience to the fullest, they have no idea what to do when I ring. The panic in the operators voice was obvious the last time I rang!
If I cannot connect using my existing kit, what do I need to buy that is reliable and easy to install?
