Bunch of .VCF files in my documents folders

There is a bunch of .VCF files in my documents folder. Are these used by Address Book or can I delete them?

Those are vCards, Address Book does not store information in vCards, so you would of had to export those files from Address Book at one time. If you have no need for them you can delete them.
