Burned CD, cant get out of drive!

using os 10.1.3, qps quefire cdrw.. I burned a cd, windows disk, and after the burn, its NOT showing up on desktop.

and I cant remove disk from drive. help!

restarting didnt help, nor did logging out.

what do I do? im lost..

I booted in 9, and the cd popped out. LOL

when my qps fire does that, i just turn it off. turn it on and quickly hit eject. Unfortunatly, 1 out of every 50 times or so, shutting off the drive gives me a kernel panic, but oh well...
