Buy an iPod?

Hi!
Whoooooohooo!! (i just saved up enuf to buy me an iPod! )

now the question is, that the iPods that were updated this wednesday, weren't really, next-gen, right.. so I'm guessing Apple's gonna be releasing a next-gen iPod within the next 4-5 months? If that's the case, then I'd really wanna wait so that I wont be part of the 'out' crowd in a 4 months time

Now all I'm asking for is opinion on whether we're gonna see the next generation of iPods (that'll do stuff that current iPods dont) within the next 4-5 months, so that I can really decide when to buy!

this is personal opinion/hunch but i think that the 5G iPods will be coming out during WWDC (2nd week in June) or some time in August. (keep in mind this isn't fact just hunch)

The iPods were just updated. Even if you wait 4-5 months, a new one will be released in 6-8 months after. If you really want one now, go ahead and get one. You can always ebay it and buy another.
Otherwise you may always be waiting for the next release.

im in Pakistan, so its not that easy ebaying stuff around here

But well, yeah I guess you're right! What the hell i can't wait for an iPod anyway
