Buying From iTunes Music Store

I'm 15 years old, don't have a credit card, and my mum won't let me use hers to create an iTunes account! Is there any other way of purchasing games or songs without an account? I've thought about buying an iTunes music card but I'm afraid that I'll still need an account to purchase.

All help appreciated!

This is one of the things I really don't like about the iTunes music store. They sell iTunes cards over the counter which would be the ideal gift for the young 'uns, yet you still need a credit-card to actually register an account.

Your mum could set up whats called an "allowance account", which would mean there is no way for you to run up her credit-card bill. Even if your allowance has been set to zero, you can still use the account to browse and buy music with the prepaid cards.
