Hi there... I'm in search of a "small" camcorder that I can take stills with as well that's simple to use, not expensive (around $300 or less especially since the upgrade for CS3 is soon released and I'm counting pennies right now for that upgrade, I just bought CS2 in early Nov. 2006 
) and will integrate well with my G5, OSX.4.8. I just want something to record family stuff with since we don't live close. Something basic but will give me good enough photos without hours of cut/paste, etc. The primary use would be video though.
Am I asking for too much? It seems foolish to have a camcorder AND a camera.
