Can I swap the Control & Command keys?

I really prefer the position of the Control key to the Apple key -- as a touch typist it's easier for me to use.

Is there a way to swap the functionality of the two keys - ie to use Control instead of Apple/Command, and vice versa?

I'm running 10.3, and use an Apple Pro (wired) keyboard.
