Can\'t Find Outlook Express

While working at my computer a couple of days ago, my finger slipped and I advertently caused Outlook Express to disappear from the sidebar in Finder, on my desktop. (I have OS 10.3.9, but I still use the OS 9 environment for Outlook Express.) Anyway, I immediately went to Find File and was able to retrieve and open OE and get through my mail. But when I dragged the OE icon back over to the OS X sidebar on my desktop and clicked on it, it opened up as if it was the first time I was using OE! I went back to Find File and pulled up every OE file, but every OE icon I clicked on opened up exactly the same way. I have no idea where my OE is, but I figure it has to be in my HD somewhere - I just don't know where!
