I'm taking a statistics class that uses an add-in for Excel called Megastat, but it's Windoze only. ;-(

Other than having Excel for OS X, can you recommend a free or open-source statistical package for OS X?

It really depends on what kinda thing you're going to do. If you're into heavy lifting, you can always use Matlab, or the free alternatives like Octave, R, and Freemat. While these packages aren't purely dedicated to statistics, they do a pretty decent job IMHO.
