Cannot attach anything using hotmail

Hi there,

I have tried to attach stuff using my hotmail account but I have had no luck. I do not receive an error message or anything...I just simply cannot click on the insert attachment icons below the address/subject boxes. I click and nothing happens. I have tried using firefox and safari but no result. Is there anything else that I can do?
